How catalogue enquiries become confirmed orders.
Catalogue and pricing
The catalogue presents design concepts with guide prices in Nigerian naira. Every catalogue look is made to order. Materials, shades, construction, measurements and price are agreed with the atelier before production. No crossed-out reference prices or savings are implied.
Requests and confirmation
An order or consultation form creates a request reference. It is not a confirmed production booking, payment receipt or appointment. GUNKUA will confirm details, availability and a final invoice on your private order page. Bank details appear with that confirmed invoice. A receipt upload is evidence for review and does not automatically confirm payment. The atelier confirms receipt of funds before production.
Production and delivery
Standard production is 10 to 15 working days after confirmed measurements and payment. Courier transit is additional. Specific delivery charges, taxes if applicable, deadline commitments and team timelines are set out in your quote.
Changes, alterations and cancellation
Before you pay, ask the atelier to confirm the terms for changes, fit adjustments, cancellation and refunds in writing. These may depend on fabric procurement and the stage of production. Nothing here excludes applicable consumer rights.
