From our Abuja atelier to your address

GUNKUA ships worldwide. We welcome orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other international destinations. Whether your next occasion is in London, New York, Toronto or another city, begin online and work directly with the atelier on your design and fit.

How international orders work

1. Choose your look. Add the styles, quantities and colour preferences you love to your cart.
2. Make the fit personal. Enter measurements in centimetres or inches, or arrange a video consultation. Share your usual size and the sizing system you use.
3. Tell us where it is going. Enter your country, city, full delivery address and postal or ZIP code where used.
4. Confirm your complete quote. We agree the fabric, fit, garment amount, shipping charge and payment arrangements before production.

International shipping, clearly quoted

International delivery is quoted individually for the destination and parcel. Before payment, we confirm courier coverage, the shipping charge and estimated transit time. We also clarify any applicable import duties, taxes or customs arrangements and which charges are included in your quote. Catalogue prices are shown in Nigerian naira (NGN).

Making time and travel time

Allow 10 to 15 working days for production after your measurements and payment are confirmed. Courier transit is additional and varies by destination. Customs clearance can affect arrival dates. Tell us about your event date before confirming the order so we can agree a realistic schedule. Team commissions have a separate production plan.

Track each step

Your order confirmation email contains a private tracking link. See when the atelier confirms your order, starts production, finishes your outfit and dispatches it. We email you as those stages change. Once your outfit arrives, confirm receipt on the same page.

Delivery within Nigeria

Appointment collection at 14 Suez Crescent, Wuse, Abuja carries no delivery charge. Abuja delivery is quoted for your address. Elsewhere in Nigeria, checkout shows a provisional ₦50,000 estimate; the actual charge is confirmed before payment. This domestic estimate does not apply to international orders.

A personal conversation, wherever you are

Our atelier and appointment address are in Abuja. International clients consult by video. Appointment windows are shown in Abuja time (WAT, UTC+1); add your city and time zone to your request so we can arrange a convenient conversation.

Fit or delivery support

Contact Ibukun with your order reference and a clear description of what you need. We discuss fit adjustments, delivery concerns and any applicable alteration, cancellation or refund terms before payment.
