The information you submit

Order requests collect your name, phone number, email, selected designs and preferences, and delivery address when needed. Consultation requests include your preferred date, time, format and any notes. Team requests also include organisation and quantity. Please avoid sending sensitive information you do not need us to have.

Why we use it

GUNKUA uses these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a consultation and fulfil an agreed order. Request records are stored in the website’s hosted database and can be accessed through a restricted business inbox. Hosting services process the data to run this site. When order email is enabled, our email provider processes your email address and order summary to send transactional updates. No marketing subscription is created. Measurements help us plan your fit. You may optionally upload a fully clothed photograph and, after payment, a transfer receipt. These files are stored privately and accessible to authorised business administrators. The private order link contains an access key; keep it safe and do not post it publicly. Photographs are not used in marketing without separate permission. Redact unrelated balances and transactions from a payment receipt. We do not collect card details here.

Your browser and security

Your bag is stored on your device using browser local storage. Personal contact and address details are not saved in that cart. If you choose Remember my fit, your measurements and fit preferences are saved in this browser until you remove them with Forget saved fit. Do not enable this on a shared device. A hashed network identifier is stored with requests to limit abuse. Necessary hosting or account authentication technology may also be used. This site does not add advertising trackers.

Third-party links

Choosing WhatsApp, Google Maps or owner account sign-in takes you to another service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Access, correction or deletion

Contact GUNKUA on +234 708 045 5370 with your request reference to ask about your data, correct details or request deletion. We retain request records for business follow-up and any necessary recordkeeping. Contact us if your enquiry is no longer active.
